True Customisation...

  • 1. Choose your Taylor Greaves Home

    Once you've found your perfect home, during the build stages you'll be introduced to your dedicated Your Home Manager (YHM).

  • 2. Choose your spec'

    Your YHM will listen to your requirements and discuss any design and specificaiton changes you would like to make to your build

  • 3. Receive build updates

    Your YHM will send you regular updates from site, documenting the implementation of your choices.

  • 4. 'Your Check'

    Once 'Your Choice' is complete you'll be shown around your new home by your YHM to check everything is perfect for you.

  • 5. Handover

    On the day of completion, your YHM will welcome you to your new home, and demonstate all the fixtures and fittings so you can enjoy them straight the way.
